1. Return and exchanges due to change of mind is strictly not accepted.
2. Return due to defect or damage:
- Kindly fill up the Feedback Form
- Should be reported to Pacco Healthcare within 3 days counted from the day your parcel is received as according to courier tracking. Request after 3 days will not be entertained
- Product should be returned in its original packing and protection layer, under original condition
3. Request will only be approved if the 3 conditions above are met
4. Upon inspection, if there are signs that the product has been used or mishandled or any of the 3 conditions above not fulfilled, Pacco reserves the right to reject any return at our discretion
5. Once request is approved, a shipping note will be shared and pick up from desired address will be arranged
6. Return charges will be borne by Pacco Healthcare
7. A replacement unit will be arranged within 5 working days after we have received the defective/damaged product, inspected and approved for exchange
8. No monetary refund is allowed
9. In the case whereby the particular design is out-of-stock for replacement, we shall offer another design available, or, refund the full amount paid for product only, EXCLUDING shipping costs.
10. Monetary refund is only applicable to exchange involving out-of-stock item. Will be processed within 5 working days
